Coconut Health is a concierge telemedicine practice that specializes in weight loss and management. We also help manage chronic conditions while helping you loose weight. We integrate conventional medicine with lifestyle and preventive medicine advice therefore helping create personalized plans to help you achieve your healthcare goals. We help diagnose, prescribe medications, nutrition, provide coaching and full support through your health journey. We are currently only serving patients located in Florida but are our looking to expand our services.

Sit in the convenience of your home or while abroad and talk to your healthcare provider about your health concerns. It’s essential for us that our patients get personalized approach, rather than do things the typical way.

FAQ

  • A medical weight loss and/or management program takes a science based approach to help you achieve your weight loss goals. These programs integrate medications, lifestyle changes and coaching to help you achieve a sustainable approach.

  • We offer tirzepatide and semaglutide, among other medications.

  • Our providers will work directly with your insurance provider to help with the process of determining coverage for your GLP-1 medication, which is paid for separately from your consultation. If your insurance does not cover the medications, you can pay out of pocket for your medications. We partner with multiple pharmacies.

  • We partner with different pharmacies, but the price of the medication varies based on treatment plan and if you have insurance coverage.

  • Our concierge practice is cash based only.

  • You will need to create an account and login into our HIPAA compliant portal. You will see your appointment in portal.

  • You can schedule this on our website or through the portal.

  • There is a $50 deposit when you book your appointment. There is a 48 hours cancellation policy. The $50 deposit fee is refundable 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel after 48 hours or do not show up to your appointment you will be charge the full appointment amount.
