We are currently only accepting patients that reside in Florida. On the day of the appointment please ensure your internet connection works and login 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

You can reschedule your appointment only once 48 hours in advance prior to your appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment after 48 hours you will be charged $25 rescheduling fee. If our office reschedules or cancels your appointment you will receive a full refund. Appointments are not transferable.

Deposit is refundable if you cancel appointment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any appointment that is cancelled after 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time is nonrefundable and you will be responsible for the FULL amount of the appointment.

You can cancel your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time and receive the $50 deposit fee. If you cancel appointment after 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment.

Our team tries to excel at providing timely appointments to every patient. We do expect this to be reciprocal from our patients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled appointment time will mean not being seen. You will be charged for the full appointment fee.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charge the FULL appointment amount. If you do not show up you will receive a warning letter. Repeated no shows may lead to dismissal of the practice.
